We currently ship throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy or another trusted courier partner.

Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or charged as a flat rate, depending on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your order. SKINCURV.CO cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at skincurvco@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
